At SPEEDISWIM, we believe that not every athlete can be the winner of a race β but every swimmer can strive for their best performance. Our Competitive Swimming Squad focuses on achieving Utmost Performance β where swimmers train with discipline, compete with courage, and celebrate every Personal Best (PB) as a milestone of progress.
Our training schedules are purposefully designed for Singaporeβs student-athletes to pursue excellence β both in school and in sport.
SPEEDISWIMβs Train to Performance pathway is built on the Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model and encourages progression from skill mastery to performance excellence.

Progression between squads is determined through twice-yearly assessments (May & November) based on attendance, technical proficiency, and race results.
Flawless technique is the foundation of every great performance. We refine each stroke, turn, and start with precision β supported by underwater video and biomechanical feedback.
Training plans are periodised to build endurance, race-pace speed, and recovery efficiency, empowering swimmers to perform at their peak during competitions.
Swimmers learn consistency, focus, and goal-setting. We measure success through effort, attitude, and Personal Bests β because performance is built day by day.
